G20 Summit that will start 30 Nov.- 1Dec. Are headed by world's leaders who have reached the Capital of Argentina Buenis Aires at Thursday amid  High security levels.

As the Global leaders arrived in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on Thursday , Citizens of the city are asked to leave it for secured reasons and residences ordered to go another cities to have their long weekend..The order came as the security forces hit a belt of defense troops from military and police to secure all areas and streets of the city what will cause a closure to mostly the city for the  security of the leaders who will share through the coming days the G20 summit in between Friday and Saturday !

 Tensions are raised up and flames of fire are seen before launching the summit;

Number of critical issues. The summit will face, starting with Crown prince Mohamed Bin Salman who was the first leader reached to Buenos Aires at Tuesday , and Though all the media predictions of a meeting for him with president Trump , but White House administration officials refused to mention an expected meeting between both leaders.

As the leaders assembled, an Argentine judge took the first steps in a legal inquiry into criminal charges against Prince Mohammed for human rights abuses.

The advocacy group Human Rights Watch petitioned the Argentine courts this week for a criminal investigation into Prince Mohammed's potential responsibility for the torture of Khashoggi and certain Saudi prisoners as well as for war crimes committed by Saudi forces fighting in Yemen.

Legal authorities said there is no possibility that charges could be filed against Prince Mohammed before the end of the two-day summit, which begins on Friday.

Nonetheless, Judge Ariel Lijo formally requested information on Wednesday from Argentina's Foreign Ministry about guarantees of legal immunity given to Prince Mohammed while he was attending the summit.

The judge also requested information from Turkey, Yemen, the International Criminal Court and elsewhere to begin to evaluating the allegations.

As well the Trump - Putin meeting  on the sideline of the G20 summit was canceled...As US President Donald Trump on Thursday (Nov 29) abruptly cancelled a planned meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Argentina, registering his disapproval of Russia’s treatment of Ukraine and casting new uncertainty over US-Russian ties.  

Another reason for the canceling the meeting as a federal investigation into his 2016 election campaign’s ties to Russia is intensifying. Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen pleaded guilty on Thursday to lying to Congress about a proposed Trump real estate project in Russia. 

Huge critical files  are waited the summit , as the Russian-Ukraine conflict rose up , also Human right files and the murder of the journalist Jamal Khashoggi is under scope,Climate change file and the withdrawal of USA of the agreement,the illegal immigration to USA from South America ,also The situation of Middle East, the tension about Brexit, Syria crisis and Yemen war beside all the economic concerns raised up recently between China and USA, sanctions on Iran,Russia and China,all these files  will be discussed in one of the hottest summits at all that are waiting the leaders.

The G20 (or Group of Twenty) is an international forum for the governments and central bank governors from Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, the European Union, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Founded in 1999 with the aim to discuss policy pertaining to the promotion of international financial stability,the G20 has expanded its agenda since 2008 and heads of government or heads of state, as well as finance ministers and foreign ministers, have periodically conferred at summits ever since. It seeks to address issues that go beyond the responsibilities of any one organizations 

G20 summit 2018 in  Buenis Aires-Argentina, Is the 10th anniversary of the first Leaders' Summit, which brought leaders of the world's 20 largest economies together during the global financial crisis, as well as the first to be held in South America.
