In a country suffering from the density of population, the poverty and the ignorance all that caused the decline of the health of Egyptian women and he found here his role as Doctor and scientist. And through his work as an officer in the Egyptian army ,Asem was able to contribute strongly in every location he worked to raise the health care of women and confront dangerous diseases.
Asem El-Leithi joined the Egyptian Association for the Handicapped, which was established by First Lady Suzanne Mubarak during the reign of President Hosni Mubarak. His role was to study the conditions for giving a disabled child birth.
